| Randy Noonan heads Windsor Law Group’s Labour and Employment Law department. Randy began working extensively with BC trade unions more than a decade before his call to the bar. During his subsequent 20-plus years of practicing law, he has represented both public and private sector unions in bargaining, arbitrations, mediations, Labour Board applications, human rights, employment insurance, and workers’ compensation matters. He has also represented union members in criminal courts. While Randy appreciates that all parties are generally well served when cases can be resolved by agreement, he also believes in being fully prepared for any direction a case may go. Whether your matter settles or proceeds all the way to hearing, Randy will ensure that his Windsor Law Group team has your case well in hand. Negotiating good collective agreements is only the start – the rights they contain are lost if they are not enforced through grievances and arbitrations when necessary. Randy is committed to ensuring that reasonably priced expert legal assistance is readily available to unions throughout the province. To that end, he built his practice serving unions in the interior of BC from his Noonan Hewson Law Office in Vernon. He is now very pleased and excited about expanding this commitment and bringing excellent union side labour law to Vancouver Island through Windsor Law Group.
